Hi everyone! Thank you so much for all you do so I can do all I do! I am so grateful, this month was so busy and so amazing! God was so kind to us! I am so excited for you to read about all the work God is doing on the college campus!  I wanted to include a ministry update, I am currently working on getting more ministry partners so if you know anyone who would be interested in hearing about college ministry please connect me. I would love to talk about my job with anyone  because I think it is the most fun! If you would like to increase your ministry support by any amount that would be amazing, if all my current supports increased by $15-$50 dollars it would help with reaching my current goal. March is such a whirlwind as we have spring break and then we speed into April which holds so many fun events! I am so thankful for all the people I get to work with! Looking for new ministry partners this year if anyone knows anyone who is excited about college ministry!  We are celebrating 10 years of FOCUS at UTA and would love you to be there!   

   

 

 Hi everyone! I am so excited to share updates with you all! August is such a fun and exciting month, we get to welcome all of the freshman back to campus, while also then hosting so many fun events. This year may have been one of my favorites so far! I am so grateful for you and the way you support college ministry, because this year so many students have been met at UTA. Mav Stampede Veronica is in the top left handing water bottles out with me while we do move in! She is new to UTA campus.She came from our Richland team, and I am already so proud of how she is rooting herself at UTA. Please continue to pray for her.  The bottom right pic is of our first TNF, we had over 220 students! What a gift God is, and we had over 120 core cards filled out!  Graham who has worked with me for five years dressed up as Bob Ross for a paint night, and it was so well attended!   Summer Highlights & Sweet Moments This summer has been full of joy and sweet reminders of God’s goodness. I got to celebrate my friend’s daughter turning one, officiate a beautiful wedding for two close friends, and enjoy one of my favorite traditions—our church showing up strong at the Arlington 4th of July Parade. It was such a fun and meaningful day with our community! Summer Focus has also been a huge highlight. I’ve loved getting to walk alongside students, have honest conversations about faith, and watch the Lord move in powerful ways. I’m so grateful for your continued support—it’s such a gift to do ministry with this kind of encouragement behind me. Thank you for being part of it all!

 Happy June! Hope you are having a great June, and enjoying your summer! I am so excited for this upcoming school year, and our leader team that is joining us! I wanted to share some highlights from the end of May and during the month of June!  JaM Camp One of my favorite parts of the summer is getting to go to our family of churches elementary kids camp. It is so fun and such a neat opportunity to watch kids learn about the heart of Jesus and experience how much He loves them!  Sweet Moments We had our EOY staff party, which was so fun and sweet to celebrate what an encouraging year it was. I also have been able to go to a rooftop cinema movie with some friends from church and UTA. I am currently reading three books, and apart of two book clubs this summer. One is for church called Renovation of the Heart, which is honestly kind of challenging but also has been really good! Welcome back to a new month of ministry updates! The month of March was filled with lots of ups and downs, and I am so grateful for the way God has been moving in our ministry. We have three TNF’s left this whole semester which feels surreal. If you could be praying for our students as they approach the end of the semester and transition into summer. 

Thank you so much again for your continued support of college ministry at UTA and at TCC. I am so thankful for all you do, so that these students continue to get to know God more. 

 

  Thank you so much for your continuous partnership with me in the gospel. I am so grateful for you. I did not have as much going on this past month except a trip to Kenya so that is about the only update I have for you. If you could though be praying for Winter Retreat as our students are about to be leaving for that.   

 

 

 Hi friends! Hope you are enjoying the crisp weather wherever you are. In Arlington it is just now getting below 85 degrees so we are finally starting to enjoy sweater weather. Thank you again for being such generous supporters of college ministry, and capturing the vision of what God is doing here in Arlington. Here are some fun updates for you all!  UTA Traditions  Oozeball is one of UTA’s longest tradition and every year someone from FOCUS gets a team together. It was so fun getting to go watch and support them! It is extra muddy volleyball and something our students love for sure is volleyball!  Kenya Team  This is the team who I get to go to Kenya with in December. I am so excited to get to work with them and learn new experiences.  Fall Camp  We had fall camp just a couple weeks ago and it was so refreshing to get to be with our entire campus. Hi everyone! I hope you are having a good beginning to Fall! We are getting ready for Fall camp in a few weeks! I am so excited for our new students to get to experience it this year. We have experienced some good growth this year and they are all so sweet. I hope you enjoy this update Last of Wedding Season I got to be a bridesmaid for my sweet friend Emily!  Welcome Week  We had close to 150 students come out to our first TNF and we also got to do a petting Zoo event again this year which is always a highlight for me!  Hi everyone! Freshmen are moved in and we are getting ready for such a fun year of ministry to kick off officially. This past month has felt like a whirlwind with getting advertising ready, social media put tighter, and prepping our corefa team for this year!  Friends got Married Two of my good friends got married recently! I was so excited to participate in their wedding!  Staff Retreat Fun Going to staff retreat is always a highlight of the summer. We had really neat sessions on abiding in Jesus, and then just how that is impactful in ministry in a bunch of other areas.  Life Updates  I have been reading this book lately, it is very impactful. It is discussing God’s heart for sinners. Then that the first way Jesus is described is as gentle and lowly, that is how his heart is for people.
